This location could just close it’s horrible. I went there on Sunday to get 2 frosty’s! I pulled to the drive thru and a lady came on and said the location was closed do to staff shortages. Well that would be ok if there wasn’t 3 cars parked at the location where the staff parks and a man was standing in the drive thru leaning into the window. The location has closed before due to staff shortages they just lock the lobby, NOT SHOW UP NOT TO TAKE ANY ORDERS. I went to McDonald’s for milkshakes of course their machine is down, always down! So I go to Checkers then looked over at Wendy’s serving a car. WOW!! Zions is major stop for highway travelers these restaurants in the area need to get it together!!!!!!!!

Every time I come here its a problem , long waiting, bad attitudes cruddy spirit. Tonight I wanted to try the new orange frosty, I drove 10 miles just to hear we only have nuggets and fries frosty machine is off . I regret wasting my gas and time . But im not surprised I hardly ever go there because of stuff like this Big fat ZERO all across the board . See ya next year. Maybe .

Don't waste your time. Either the order is made wrong, it's cold or too messy, old fries or. They are out of what you want to order. Or it takes your entire break just to get the food. Drove 30 minutes tonight to get the new orange frosty. Was there at 8 :30 pm. Sorry sir we aren't offering it, machine is down for cleaning. Which often gets said when they have cleaned up for the night and don't want to use it. This is the worst Wendy's location ever. Not open when they say. Close early or something. Save your money and time and go else where.

Worst experience in a very long time, the lady taking my order in the drive thru window was really rude and to top it off when I made it around to pick up my order she had left, so a male individual was there to greet me, as I tried to go over my order he kept reaching out the window for my money.I refused to hand it over until I discussed my order, this person was very disrespectful, rude and I will never stop at Wendy's again, my business goes elsewhere..

I visited this Wendy’s for lunch and have been disappointed with the prices of fast food lately. Overall this Wendy’s was fairly standard but a bit dirty. The food was fine.

This was our second time going to this Wendy's. I don't remember having a favorable opinion the first time, because this they didn't sell salads, and the soda machine was limited in flavors. This visit was a better experience. Although it was a bit busy for lunch, the nice cashier helped us redeem a coupon through the app. Our burgers ? (one single and one double) were pretty good. Also, we tried the orange ? cream FROSTY. It was great! The only downside is that the cup sizes have certainly shrunk...likely another victim of shrinkflation. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Literally the worst meal I've ever had.... So my family and I ordered the new loaded nacho burgers. They didn't have the advertised bun, didn't have any of the toppings that were supposed to be on the burger except for nacho cheese, lettuce, and tomato. We ordered 3 meals with 2 large frostys we received 4 meals and 2 small frostys. The total was $50 and everything was garbage. My dad is older and should have checked the bag but he doesn't know any better. They just need to shut this location down if they are just going to have a bunch of morons working. Never ever going here again!

Waited a while to place an order because the employees ignored people waiting at the counter. The manager was busy yelling at everyone in a very loud voice. Not conducive to a happy work environment. Finally got our order, but they were out of 90% of the drink selections. Also there was no ketchup. And my daughter had to eat her Frosty with a fork because there were no spoons available. The dining room was nice and clean however the bathroom was very dirty. Corporate needs to stop in and help these people with good training. Or they need to close the place.

Went for a plain cheeseburger, baconator fries, Dr. Pepper, and frosty (and other food for my kids). They were out of frosties, out of Dr. Pepper, the burger was covered in condiments and toppings, and the fries just had cheese sauce and 2 whole pieces of bacon. The food I got tasted alright after I cleaned it up, but it was so far off of what I ordered that I couldn't give more than 2 stars.

This is potentially the worst Wendy’s out there. The dining room is always closed, and no matter how many cars are in the drive thru, you can count on waiting a very, very long time. It honestly doesn’t even make sense how any establishment can remain open while consistently providing service as poor as this location provides. This place needs (and has needed) a corporate intervention ASAP. Currently, it’s an absolute waste of space.
