I live in Carrollton so I have gone to the Bojangles there a few times. Honestly I did not realize how good Bojangles could be until I got biscuits from the Hampton location! Hands down better service, I said thank you to the guy he said you're welcome!! I said thank you at Carrollton the girl didn't respond, I said have a nice day the girl didn't respond. Lots of times, while going through the drive-thru, we are told an even amount of money for the total. At the window, we are told that it's cash only. This is so suspicious, since it happens pretty often. Most of the time when we want Bojangles, we go to the one on Commander Shepherd Blvd. In Hampton, VA, although we live near the terrible one on Mercury Blvd. in Hampton, VA. Hello and thanks for asking for details. It was my first visit here (and only my third time at a Bojangles). I was greeted by the team, and they were great at communicating with me when I needed to wait for my food. No problem - I was glad to have a hot, fresh, and delicious chicken sandwich (which it was)!
