This was our 2nd and last attempt at CiCi's. Both times the food was not good, old or dry. The pasta noodles are dried out..the salad bar is ok kinda sad looking.. the store was sticky and dirty. We just won't be going back

Staff was friendly, but that's the only positive from our visit. The buffet had very few selections. Pasta was dry. Pizzas had only a miniscule amount of sauce. My husband ordered wings, had to wait 15 minutes, then was served an unappetizing plate that had a strong odor. We left without eating them.

This CiCi’s is outstanding if you enjoy…-Waiting several minutes to even be acknowledged at the register in order to pay-A floor so sticky it’s like walking on a glue trap-Workers closing up the restaurant hours ahead of the published closing time, to include stacking chairs on tables while we ate-Despite the urgency to close down the restaurant, clearing and wiping down tables wasn’t a priority. We had to do that ourselves.-Little variety and selection of pizza on the buffet-Online, this restaurant is advertised to close at 10pm during the week. At the restaurant, signage indicates it closed at 8pm. Regardless, the staff locked the place up at 7pm.I realize CiCi’s isn’t fine dining, but my family would have gotten more value and enjoyment out of doing pizza at home. Corporate management desperately needs to instill some attention to detail and pride into this particular location. Until then, stay away and spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

Not sure how the experiences of everyone is so stark. Our experience is always positive here. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I saw a lot of people complaining that there weren't many choices, but I'm not sure if they know that they can request anything to be made for them, if it's not already out.As for cleanliness, it hasn't been bad, at least to me. It looks like an older building, so the appearance may not be the best.As for not having ice or forks and such, we have experienced this here and there, but I feel like it is because of the supply chain disrupted by the pandemic. I think the spontaneous closings are also due to being short staffed from the pandemic. I can't be entirely sure, but yeah...All in all, we love coming here. We get to eat a lot of pizza and the staff are always friendly to us.

Their wasn't asany options as the last time we went, which was before the pandemic. But the service was cool so it wasn't much to complain about. The salad looked kind of old and the toppings didn't look so fresh but when I asked the cook to make a new pizza, he was on it asap. The servers and cook were polite and friendly as well. Np much selection for a person who doesn't eat pork or beef but the service was definitely worth it. The pizza still tasted the same but it just wasn't as good an experience as it used to be. It was a bit dim and gloomy in the restaurant as well, which was kind of creepy. Besides all of that, the pizza wasn't half bad

A friend of mine had an interview here this week and was told to go ahead and get non-slip shoes, a belt and work pants and that she would hear something by Friday, she didn't hear anything and called them and the manager answered and told her "that's not what I said, I said if you didn't hear anything by Friday, we found someone else" and proceeded to tell her that they were looking for younger people and pretty much told her that she's too old to work there (very early 40s)

The service is always great! There's usually not a lot of people there if crowds are a concern. They will fix ANYTHING you want FRESH....doesn't matter if it's even already on the bar. Great great place. Customer service is A++

As a person with food allergies they really know how to help. Some stuff might be short because of a shortage due to limited supplies. I’ve been coming here for years and love it

Limited choices on pizza. No cheese on salad bar with wilted lettuce. Game room in the dark, along with overhead lighting in dining area out. Don't touch the exit door, covered in disgusting gunk! Outside area had trash in parking lot. Not a great dining experience. 2 people buffet and drink $25. Not worth it!

Josh the manager and Jeff are hands down the best. We are vacationing and drove 45 min+ and we have a few certain pizzas we like and they made them on the spot!!! Hands down the best service we have ever had at a cicis pizza (not saying others were bad) thank you guys for making the trip worth it!!

This was a very interesting experience. This was our final destination after being unable to be served at 3 other restaurants. First of all, there were only 2 employees in the building, the manager and someone in the kitchen. Secondly, when we went to the buffet, there was only two items that we could eat because my family and I do not consume pork. Initially my and I decided to get a refund and leave. When we approached the manager regarding our intentions, he begged us not to leave and promised to do whatever he could to make us comfortable. He did deliver on his promise and made sure we had selections to fit our dietary standards. Our biggest issue is we wish he had more employees.

Pizza quality has improved, more cheese less meats. Most pizza came with thin crust. When we entered and approached the buffet there was literally one pizza, and the pasta/soup and salad bar. I was shocked but slowly the staff put more and more pizzas in the buffet area. The salad bar was decent with multiple items. The garlic/cheese breads were nowhere to be found. The add them twice in the buffet but I was unable to get any, they disappeared immediately. There no napkins in any dispensers and I had to ask for them. Forks and knives were plastic very cheap and I broke a few to eat my salad. No staff was around in the seating area to clean up tables. The place was clearly understaffed but the people were willing to help you. There were no sweets but a few pieces of brownie that nobody wanted to touch them. Concluding the service was bad because of lack of staff, but the food was decent for any buffet place and the pizza comparable to some of the national chains. The bad news was the cost. The buffet price was raised to $8.99 per person plus a $2.99 for a drink per person. Even with coupons the cost was magically raised back to that price! So ignore any coupons you may have. For $12/person this restaurant will not last too long...
