Not sure how the experiences of everyone is so stark.Our experience is always positive here. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I saw a lot of people complaining that there weren't many choices, but I'm not sure if they know that they can request anything to be made for them, if it's not already out.As for cleanliness, it hasn't been bad, at least to me. Their wasn't asany options as the last time we went, which was before the pandemic. But the service was cool so it wasn't much to complain about. The salad looked kind of old and the toppings didn't look so fresh but when I asked the cook to make a new pizza, he was on it asap. The servers and cook were polite and friendly as well. The service is always great! There's usually not a lot of people there if crowds are a concern. They will fix ANYTHING you want FRESH....doesn't matter if it's even already on the bar. Great great place. Customer service is A++
