Customer service was trash. Went through the drive through. Employee kept asking me to repeat my name, she probably would have heard me had she taken her AirPods out ? also ordered some wings and they weren’t cooked thoroughly.
There are many pizza places, but this is my pizza place. The staff is always friendly, and the drive-thru window means I can just grab dinner on my way. Why don't all pizza joints have a drive-thru?

Placed a carryout pizza order, confirmation stated it will be ready in 15 minutes, showed up after 20 and had to wait an additional 20!! My pizza hadn't even been prepped when I got there. There is a huge disconnect between the app and actual store. To make matters worse, the pizza was wet! It was like soup on bread. Never
