Manager/managers not present and not assisting with the rush. The wait times are brutal. This is my second time, and at least the three employees working the front greeted me when I walked in the door. Last time no one did. This visit is slightly better than the last, but as a general manager in the food business I believe that managers have to lead the charge and be present during the rush.

I would not recommend this place for anyone who enjoys tropical smoothie there are way better location than this one. They tend to most often not get the orders right, and most of the smoothies are very watery. Where is the manager at all of this madness? I don't know. I believe the couple times I visit a cycle through Manager's within two months. I heard one quit because this place was making them depressed and the other one just up and quit with no explanation. The owners need to be investigated as they keep cycling through employee faster than they can keep them. I just hope and pray that this place learned their lesson and close shop because as far as I can tell with all these bad reviews, they haven't changed anything we need the food service called out here as soon as possible. It's always stinking in there and whatever you ask them to remake us movie that was made wrong they get an attitude. I understand high school students working a job like this can be stressful for them but for them to take it out on their customers is where I draw the line. Again, this place needs to be investigated. And you're better off going to the location in Patrick Henry rather than this piece of crap.. there was even a guy name Chris that's one of the managers that I know of who completely said racist slurs and called one of his employees a Faggot in the middle of a busy workday. It happened a little bit over a month ago but I didn't say anything because I don't work there but to see that happened in real time. Is it ask for his name as if he didn't do anything wrong was crazy these employees need to be investigated once again I cannot stress enough, especially with them also letting other people walk in the store without verifying where their order is and just taking it stealing somebody else's food they don't make their job easy for DoorDash or either come in for the order and have to wait a whole Nother hour because there's so many orders and nobody helping, I've also seen one person on food like one person on smoothies. How is a kitchen suppose to function in this madness

My kids have came here a few times to order the simplest things & they keep messing up. First the name spelling. Why ask the name if you will spell it wrong.. then we ask for two orders of the same item. They only received 1. Then we asked for a smoothie & the young girl Act like she can't make it. These girls need better training & supervision over there cashier operation.They need more training. Especially when its slow. The times we come its been slow. No crowd & they still mess up. Gonna start going to a different location for a while until they can get better training & management

This is the second time I've placed an online order where I go to pick up my order after pick up time and they haven't even started to make my smoothie. This time I cancelled my order because I'm in a rush. What's the point in having online ordering services if your order won't be honored ? There's no excuse. Very frustrating.
