“***GET THE STRAWBERRY BISCUIT*** oh em geeeeee….. Customer service, strawberry biscuits and spicy wings. Always my fave place to go eat in a hurry. The guy running the drive-thru let me know it’d be a 7 minute wait on food but it would be fresh. It took all 7 minutes but it was so hot and so fresh. Everyone I’ve interacted with there is kind. The only thing they could do better is offer my dog a chicken tender like they do at other Popeye’s in the Valley. She always looks forward to that & I seek out restaurants who include my pup in the interaction, whether simply saying hello, a little ice cream or a little bite of food just for her. To me, that’s about getting to know your customers & providing an experience to keep them coming back to YOUR store.Side note: Caution. I ordered the Honey BBQ wings tonight and they were hot, as in spicy, ?️ I wasn’t expecting it but I enjoyed them just the same.“
“A ghost kitchen in the Harrisonburg IHOP, this is an interesting concept, for sure. However, the tenders are cooked well, there was a notable lack of honey or even drizzle in the supposed honey drizzle that was supposed to be on my tenders. Other than that, my meal was fine.“
“Kentucky Fried Chicken is a very wonderful place to get fried chicken and all the fixing on the side done the right way. The only thing that disappoints me about KFC is that they no longer have chicken livers. But I really do enjoy their new chicken pot pies that they have.“
“I'm in town for vacation and was on Uber eats looking for somewhere that would deliver to the resort. Kfc was the first thing that popped up so I went with it. I'm glad that I did because the food was better than it is back in my hometown. My order was made pretty quickly and the delivery was fast as well. The food was hot , fresh , cooked with perfection. When I visit again I'll definitely be ordering from here again. It was literally finger lickin just like the commercial!“
“I want to start this review with a thank you to the GM of this establishment. I have never visited before and I intended on trying the hottest spice level available on my wrap. However, the GM advised against that and let me try the hot level to see how that was and that the hottest rub was worse than that. Well after trying the hot I decided to stick with the medium spice level and I am grateful for his guidance and care. He told me he wanted me to enjoy my food/experience here and I did! The chicken was great. Crispy and flavorful. The fries were wonderful and the joes sauce is delectable. A great experience. I wanted to try the hottest spice level before I left. I wish I didn’t. If I could go back I would. I took the first bite of the piece of chicken lathered in the flaming hot rub. I did not know at the time I was making a grave mistake. I honestly thought it tasted great and went ahead and finished the whole piece of chicken. As I finished that piece of chicken my world turned upside down. I felt a level of spice that I would think as comparable to taking a hot coal and placing it in my mouth. The gm gave me a lemonade on the house to try to ease the pain however there was no hope for me. As my body was slowly getting taken over from the capsaicin I realized that if I had followed through with my plan of eating a meal of the hottest spiced chicken, I would most likely not be able to write this review. As I sit here on my porcelain throne while my body tries to rid itself of the molten lava I ingested earlier. I give major thanks to the GM, Hangry Joe, and the staff of this restaurant for making great chicken and caring for my health as much as they could. If you read the entire length of this review I hope it helps you. 10/10 will be back for spice levels less than hot.“
