horrible customer service. workers were rude and irritated with any questions we asked. they were out of every single thing i ordered and took me 35 minutes to get my 3 items. such a waste of money and time.
This Dunkin’ Donuts on Port Public Road is one of the worst I live right across the street from it, and I’d rather drive the mile to get coffee from the other Dunkin’ Donuts. Coffee is always cold, and when it is hot, it’s very stale. I don’t understand it’s all the same ingredients. How do they mess it up, every time I ordered from them food wise like for instance, bagel bites they’re always burnt on top and cold in the middle so no one really wants to eat cold...read full review

Respectfully, I’m a need yall to learn how to make an ice cappuccino. It’s not that hard. All you do is put it in the Blendy thing that you make the frozen coffee in. There don’t be no foam whether you get whipped cream or not and the best part about getting the foam is that the espresso blends so much better and at this point, it’s basically a latte but taste worse.
