Ordered two dinners with 3 rock lobster tails. First three were under cooked badly, one was next to raw. Management said they were cooked properly. I've eaten here numerous times and never had lobster this way. Staff brought 3 more were cooked properly.
I love Red Lobster, I really do, but the recent changes are not good ones. I ordered the mushrooms. Never again. They have changed the cheese and the taste is awful. I then ordered the Lobster Duo. It took a while because they have been cutting back on daily prep, and the manager had to hurriedly prep the Rock tail. It was the smallest Rock Lobster tail I have ever seen.
