My family and I are from DC and we traveled into Harrisonburg for a weekend get away! We drive by Smokin’Q food truck once and decided we would check it out before we went back home and I’m glad we did! The food was tasty and you can’t beat the price. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the sandwich bread could have been warmer and toasted. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Food truck BBQ. Great food, easy menu, good customer service, fair prices. The quality of the meat is immediately noticeable. We were the only ones there at first, so it was fast. Big parking lot. Definitely worth the stop.Parking: Huge parking lot.

Happened upon the food truck in Mt Jackson and I have to say was very pleasantly surprised by the Carolina pork BBQ and brisket. Brisket just melts in your mouth and the pork was so tender and delicious! Very filling. Sides were delicious as well. 10/10 hands down.

I've been here once and had no complaints but today jun. 29, 2023 at 1:28pm...completely trash. I ordered 4 bones, brisket sandwiche, and smoked leg quarter. Ribs weren't cooked long enough andflavorless but smelled likeold meat, asked for no bbq sauce but still got it on the chicken, and the brisket wasn't cooked long enough and it was flavorless. Everything went in the trash...$29.00 wasted#do better
Would not be surprised if this is the bbq within the state. Brisket, ribs, chicken, pork everything is next level. Have not tried anything that comes close
