During the usual Friday morning rush, I watched a customer harass and berate Manal and Avery about her order even after they explained why the wait was taking long. You don’t tell hard-working baristas that they should “remember who pays their paychecks”
Stopped by this Starbucks because they had a drive through. The barista that took my order was really kind and professional. I got through the drive through pretty quickly. After picking up my order, I noticed the inside looked nice and decided to come in and cowork. Every time I come in the staff are friendly and accommodating, no matter how overwhelmed they may be with the number of cafe and mobile orders. Especially this morning, when a very rude woman accosted the staff for having to wait for her drink. The staff remained polite, and other guests in the store apologized as they picked up their orders. Keep up the good work <3
