The food could be good but it is over seasoned to the point of being inedible. This has been the case the last three times I’ve eaten there over the course of a few years. I got the Louisiana rub this time and the fries! Couldn’t finish either!

By far the worst experience in fast food in my 48 years. 5 minutes for 1 of the 5 employees to take my order even though the place was empty. 30 minutes later they hand me a bad. I get to the car and notice it's the wrong order. Go back Inside and they give the bag I returned to someone that arrived and was waiting inside. Another 10 minutes I get my order. I check it immediately and ask for the ranch they forgot. They all catch an attitude. Then I ask for napkins and they tell me no napkins. I get home and realized I was so mad at the unprofessionalism they forgot both orders of fries and the 5 Muslim ladies that were at the counter after me were still waiting to place their order after 25 minutes of waiting. The owner needs to do a mystery shopper and fire the entire staff. Just ridiculous. Don't waste your time at this location.

First visit. Tried the lemon pepper wings. They were ok but lacked something. I tried to order plain wings at the same time but when I got home I had a order of plain fries. A little expensive and it takes a while. Everything is cooked when you order so you should call ahead for

The customer service here has gone UP big time. The staff now is so customer service focused. They are all young but take the job seriously. My fries did not have seasoning on it and when I brought it up to the front guy...I think Kadir? He said oh my...that's not good what's the point. But non of them could imagine how it happened lol it was funny. They immediately replaced it and apologized. But also when they took my phone order it was such a great experience. Keep it up!
