Food is delicious, but my recent experience with their customer support has been nothing short of a nightmare. After discovering that my account had been compromised, resulting in the loss of over $200+ in gift cards and rewards credit, I reached out for assistance. Despite still being logged into my account through the app, the customer support team claimed they couldn't find any record of my existence. Their dismissive attitude and lack of urgency in addressing the issue have left me feeling frustrated.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered enchiladas and the queso and chips. I was really shocked to open the queso and find that it was brown. I thought it was chili at first. When I tasted it, it was actually a molten pot of burnt cheese. I am surprised they let it go out the door like that. I rarely have food delivered for this reason. I have often received poorly prepared food, burnt or raw. I know they would never send this kind of product to the table for diners that are in house. It would be sent right back. In these cases, the diner is stuck with the enedible product that they have already paid for. I won't be ordering from this place again.

I just spent $43 for 4 tacos? Why the hefty price? Well white chicken, extra chicken, and toppings all add up. I’m good with that…I get my bag- starving- open it up to find 4 anemic tacos- barely any chicken, a few pieces of cheese and some lettuce thrown about. A side of bland hot sauce and old limes with some rice on the side.I should have took a pic, it was almost comical. 4 tacos realistically made one in a half, and I guess I’ll just make something else to eat.Pathetic place. Makes sense why it was empty during rush hour…
