This cafe Rio is in a fantastic location in Reston right on Elden street. Let me start by saying that the restroom is very clean, which to me makes all the difference. The food pleasing and fulfilling. Great customer service that took note on my kids allergies and cooked his quesadilla carefully do as to not kill him.
