This is your iconic "mom & pop" vibe of a cafe. It's comfortabls and simple. The gentleman who owns it is named Louis , a gentle soul. He is attentive with a killer menu. His attention to his customers made me feel as if i was in his own home. They have a corned beef Ruben sandwich which is amazing, it is quite the sandwich if you're hungry. Don't miss this spot.

Stopped in after seeing Christine's review... Capital Coffee Cafe is located on the ground floor of an office building. You can enter from the building lobby entrance - or they have their own direct entrance at the back corner of the building. I ordered the breakfast croissant sandwich and a large cold brew. The cold brew was really good. However, the breakfast sandwich was very disappointing. I requested extra bacon and extra cheese on it. What I was served was a sandwich with the slices of cheese cut extra thick, bacon of the extreme paper thin variety, and the Croissant itself was stale. If there was extra bacon on it - I sure could not tell - and because of the way the cheese was sliced and the way that the sandwich was made (it appears he is using a Panini press), the cheese was totally unmelted. Very unsatisfying. The owner came over to ask me how it was - when I shared my thoughts on the sandwich - as he rang me out - he told me he was not charging me for bacon. There is tons of seating here as well as free WiFi. Good place to hang out and work. Service was good. #CapitalCoffeeCafe

The breakfast croissant sandwich was very tasty and the owner is a sweetheart :) Spending time with Louis was worth more than the cost of the coffee. Though the business is a couple months old, we're rooting for great success!

We tried Capital Cuisine Caterers, for the first time, for our annual Thanksgiving office party, and they did an excellent job. One staff member came in advance to scout the event site and confirmed all the details. Everything was set up on time and properly. The food was delicious, and the quantity was decent for the price we paid. Definitely will consider their services again in the future!

This local company has been serving Northern Virginia for over 25 years and I have used Louis and his team on several occasions.They are reasonable and customer service friendly.I will continue to use their catering and recommend them.
I recently had both breakfast and lunch at this brand new deli-catering restaurant at 205 Van Buren Street in the Atrium building. They did a fantastic catering event for the Dulles Regional Chamber last week.
