Monroe Grill is a small cafe/grill located in an office park complex off of the Herndon Parkway. I visited for a late breakfast the other day. I opted for their breakfast burrito - with extra bacon - and a bottle of water. You pay ahead of time at the register. Paid with Apple Pay. Food was made to order - came up in about 10 minutes.
