“Saucy's is a treat in Downtown Hopewell! I often bring a large group and reserve a table in the back room in advance. We love the chicken quarters, pulled bbq pork, brisket nachos, french fries, and bean trio. A cool vibe in a revitalizing downtown AND they have a drive thru if you are looking for a little dinner to bring home after work!“
“If you're into the Sunday dinner vibe with the family but laid back and relaxed... With Great country music in the background... This is the place for you... The food was amazing.. I had the pulled pork meat market... With greens and Mac and cheese.. All I can say is mmmm ... Or for the one's that like to smack yo mama.. this food will make it happen ?... Like grandma or big mama in the kitchen.. they have 6 barbecue sauces to choose from right at your table and if you like horseradish sauce they have that too.. with a kick .. that isn't even the best part...The service was when you go back home to mom and she's so excited and happy to see you and serve you ?... My first experience of what a restaurant should feel like... And this is considered fast food ???...Kayla was an amazing help... She was so helpful and you can fell the joy ... Amazing vibe and genuine... I definitely recommend this place for every vibe...“
“This Place is so delicious!! We came in last saturday and had to come back. I got the Half chicken again and it always is so perfect hot and fresh. I can hear the angels sing every time! and not to mention I lifted up the wing and there is seasoning in every crevice . They do not miss! It tastes so good I could almost cry. It's always hard for me to choose my sides because they are all soo good. He gets the Saucy Sampler and always mentions how much of a good deal it is. Service was amazing she remembered us from last time which was unexpected but appreciated. 2 Down East Ciders and dessert and I sleep like a baby the rest of the night.“
“Stopped in around 7 pm after my day shift at nearby bar to check out Easy St. it wasn’t very busy yet. I had never been, and many of the same guests and staff usually turn up back at my place after they close since we’re open until 2 am. As I have my own bartending and beverage management biz, do private “bar rescue” type consulting work, tend bar on contract and W2 basis, have managed bars, trained staff, conducted TIPS training; I think I can leave a professional unemotional honest opinion. Five stars! Clean, organized and welcoming atmosphere. The bartenders, Zach and Kayla were first rate, casual and competent, polite and professional. I had a Jack and Coke, fried pickle appetizer, burger and fries. All served up nicely by Zach, while I conversed with Kayla about their typical business vibe. I don’t know contextually where the negative reviews are from, my experience was positive, food was great for pub genre, the staff very personable, and an impressive organized, clean bar (telegraphing they are attentive to the other little things too.) Worth a visit, and I’ll be back. 5*****“
“Found this place on Google Map during a drive from upstate NY to Florida. Pretty good stuff. Different sort of BBQ than I am used to in Indiana and Kentucky. I prefer my BBQ cooked in sauce. Should have gotten it shredded instead of sliced. But all and all it was a good meal.“
“Came here today for a quick bite while my car was being fixed, and when I walked in, I wasn't immediately getting service until I realized that I could seat myself. Afterwards, the service was phenomenal. The waitress was quick to hand me a menu and take my order. The tea tasted slightly watered down, but it was not bad whatsoever. My food was almost perfect, with the hashbrowns being my sole issue, but it was by no means offensive. After all of that, it came up to a surprising $12 for the order I had, which was very affordable. Excellent job everyone!“
