“I ordered on line the BBQ family special. I didn’t even realize this place was there!OMGAll of it was so good! The young man behind the counter was very courteous and polite! Thank you Victor! We will be back!Parking: Right out front of the door“
“Great customer service. The food came out hot and fast. The hush puppies were good. The pulled chicken was bland (not smoked or grilled long enough, maybe idk). The chicken was tender and just needed some flavor. They have a variety of bbq sauces on the table, but they all tasted the same to me. I also tried the corn pudding since that is a side you don't usually see, and it's one of my favorites, but it was like a fluffy custard, not the usual sweet and creamy taste when home made. I substituted that side for fries, and they were a better choice. I will go back to try the wings.“
“Had a great family dinner at the HotSpot 757. It was a very diffirent and unique way to spend a special night. The restaurant offers two ways to cook your food. One is using a hot plate to boil soup that you add a variety of different meats, vegetables and dumplings. The type of soup I ordered was Chinese Szechuan. Although it tasted awesome it was really hot. I’ve been eating Szechuan for years and never experienced a hot version like this one. You can also cook raw meat to you choosing on the center piece table grill. I ordered the spicy pork and beef and both were delicious. There is also fresh fruit and different sauces located in the center of the restaurant for you to enjoy.“
“Great service. We happened to find this amazing place to eat when searching for a place near our hotel. The food was amazing. Buffalo tacos w/ fried oysters. It was also happy hour, so we happily ordered a dozen oysters for 1/2 price. The decor is definitely what you'd expect for a barbecue diner. Fun!“
“I don't live in the area but I work at Henrico school... I pass this place all the time and thinking about stopping in. I thought I would ask and see what the response is. I dislike chain restaurants but love to support locally. Let me know why I should stop by and what should I try on the menu? Looking forward to hearing from you soon ???????????????“
“Grits and pulled pork, topped with a fried egg. Interesting. Grits were undercooked for my taste and dry. I was looking for a smoky flavor in pork, but extremely bland. Baked beans tasted “Campbellish”. The battered fries will bring me back. Also the Coconut pie! Waitress extremely courageous and friendly. Plenty of seating and parking.Parking: There own private lot. Handicap parking also.Kid-friendliness: Yes“
