Lebanon Pizza Hut is hit and miss. It's often really good, and often not so good. I'm not sure why there's no consistency. The service is typically good. But we usually do pick up. The crispy crust isn't crispy. The restaurant is a typical Pizza Hut.

I usually don't write reviews but ...I ordered a big dinner box with pasta in it. When it got delivered the pasta was dumped all over the pizza and the pizza topping were wrong. I called and spoke to the manager who was rude and asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I asked them to replace it and he said replace everything?! When I got the replacement the pizza topping were still wrong and gave me no sauce for my breadsticks this time. The delivery girl was very nice but the manager up there should not have a job in customer service with his nasty attitude. Will definitely not order from the lebanon location again.
