The pizza is great. It's my favorite pizza in the town of Lebanon. But if you call this Pizza Hut, you will be on the line until your casket is ordered. They never answer the phone. If you do get an answer, it's normally from their answering service that's based out of another state. You'll have to wait at least 5 minutes just to get connected to them. It's very aggravating.
Good friendly and helpful service. I paid and figured I'd sit in the car until the pizza was done. Surprisingly the gentleman that took my order brought it to my car since it was done before I expected. Great place and clean.Only 4 stars because noone is perfect

Lebanon Pizza Hut is hit and miss. It's often really good, and often not so good. I'm not sure why there's no consistency. The service is typically good. But we usually do pick up. The crispy crust isn't crispy. The restaurant is a typical Pizza Hut.
