Honestly extremely disappointed. It took about 2 hours to get our order. When we got it, it was under average. For the amount of time we waited, I was hoping it would at least be average. Such a let down. Though I will say the person bringing out the food (her name was Jill) was incredibly sweet and nice. She helped us and updated us as much as possible on our order. She was the only positive to this experience.
We eat there several times a week. The regulars all know me and know how we like our food prepared. They are all super friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. My kids don't like a lot of pizza sauce and they usually get it just right. They aren't perfect so they've gotten too much sauce a couple of times. Both times they have fixed us a new pizza cheerfully and for free. I couldn't ask for better service anywhere!

Knowing the ingredients used and their limits, the food is absolutely prepared to top-notch standard. They have the cleanest and freshest salad bar I've seen anywhere. Staff was super nice even though our Demo crew were all very dirty, they asked us to walk right up to the buffet and get started. Felt like I was at a country restaurant in a small town. Great place to eat lunch.
