Probably some of the rudest customer service I have experience in Purcellville, and I grew up here. I placed an online order at 9:35 this morning, and received notification that it had been excepted, and would be ready around 9:55. I got there a little after 10 and they said it still wasn’t ready and it probably wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes, which is fine, but after realizing what time it was, I don’t have time to wait. I called several times to cancel the order a woman finally answered and said very rudely. We don’t take orders on the weekend by and hung up the phone and didn’t even let me talk. Did not say hello said nothing. I was only trying to call to cancel this order because I don’t have time to wait 45 minutes. There is no option to cancel online. We loved this place but I don’t think they’ll be getting anymore of my business.
