This place is severely understaffed. The poor employees tried to keep up with the long line of customers and only 2 people hustling behind the counter to make smoothies, pretzels, and take orders simultaneously. The pretzels and smoothies were great, but the wait was understandably long. I felt bad for the stressed out employees. Stop here if you're not in a rush. It took about 20 minutes to get our smoothies while we snacked on our pretzel bites. The poor girl behind the counter kept apologizing. Luckily we weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Visited Leesburg Outlets and followed the signs to Planet Smoothie. Decent line but I was pretty shocked when I made it to the front and asked for 2 add-ons clearly listed on the wall, the representative didn’t know what they were and asked me to spell chia seeds and acai, 2 very common ingredients. Finally a supervisor came over and looking pretty grim rang up the order and 5 minutes later I had my smoothie. The one saving item…she gave me a large instead of a medium. But clearly no training is provided to these employees.

There are places were they go extra mile making customers happy... there is this place... it's pouring and chilly outside I order a smoothie with less ice... the person explains me ice is what makes smoothie a smoothie... thanks for the knowledge... Either tell me it's costs more or if there is no ice the quantity you get might be less... not shoo away hungry customer for a bad day with wrong attitude... hope she got my answer here. I left without ordering

I love this place because the Strawberry Lemonade slushie is to die for when I say that once you taste it you will become addicted. The Almond Pretzel is my favorite with the caramel sauce. The aroma that comes from this place will draw you in like a magnify. You must go and try anything you won't be wasting your money.
Incredibly ridiculous! I’ll never buy anything here again. Poor customer service.

I haven't been to this outlet in a long time, and I was very excited to see Auntie Anne's. I love their Cinnamon Sugar pretzels and Garlic Pretzels. I saw the display of food items, and with me being hungry at the time, everything looked delicious. I decided to try their pepperoni pretzel pizza, cinnamon sugar pretzel and a cup of mango lemonade for almost $15. I ate the pizza in the car. It was good, but I wouldn't get it again. The pretzel bread was thick. The Mango lemonade could use more flavor. The cinnamon sugar pretzel was very dense. What a disappointment. The staff was helpful, but could smile more and be more friendlier. The store is very clean and it has a couple of tables outside where people can sit and eat.
