Planet Smoothie

This place is severely understaffed. The poor employees tried to keep up with the long line of customers and only 2 people hustling behind the counter to make smoothies, pretzels, and take orders simultaneously. The pretzels and smoothies were great, but the wait was understandably long. I felt bad for the stressed out employees. Stop here if you're not in a rush. Visited Leesburg Outlets and followed the signs to Planet Smoothie. Decent line but I was pretty shocked when I made it to the front and asked for 2 add-ons clearly listed on the wall, the representative didn’t know what they were and asked me to spell chia seeds and acai, 2 very common ingredients. Finally a supervisor came over and looking pretty grim rang up the order and 5 minutes later I had my smoothie. The one saving item…she gave me a large instead of a medium. But...read full review
