We love Katana so much! It's one of our favorite date night dinner spots! Their deep fried rolls are delicious and we also love their crab rangoons. It would be 5 stars if they were a bit faster. You can pretty much expect to wait about 45 minutes if you order hibachi and about 20 minutes if you order their sushi. Aside from the long wait this is a great place to eat!

We stopped here on a whim on a long road trip heading west. The food was excellent, the service was quick, the prices were quite reasonable. They give you a buzzer/pager so you can wait in your vehicle until your food is ready. The sauce/marinade/whatever they use on the meat is salty but very tasty. Fried rice & noodles both very good.
