My wife and I went there last year when the new Chicken sandwich was introduced, I got the Hot & Spicy while my wife got the regular. Was a bit disappointed both sandwiches were over cooked and mine just had sauce poured over it. So we decided that wasn't for us now jumping to the present we decided to give them a chance and eat there for lunch and we both ordered the "3" piece meal with one side and add an extra side. $9.99 each when our ticket rang up it was $34.?? We did have to wait about ten minutes for chicken but it was fresh and delicious. I love the famous bowls. Unfortunately, famous bowl only comes with like four chicken nuggies, but it's so good. The spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy at all though, still good as a chicken sandwich. The drive through employee was very sweet but the employee that brought out food wasn't in uniform so we had no idea he worked there at first.

The employees were very nice and the food was good, but when I opened my cup lid to get a refill there was something dirty in the ice. Yuck, I didn't find it until after I drank the whole cupful.
