LORTON, Va. - A solid 4-star experience - some good beers, fine ambience. It's in a little industrial park, and signage is so-so. From the outside, you'd think it's one of those places that just brews, no retail. But go in, there's a handful of tables and a bar. Staff really helpful and pleasant.Got a flight of the kolsch, marzen and Hefeweizen ($3 each) and a taste of the nitro stout. I'd get a pint of the kolsch or Hefeweizen. The beer was good and the service good as well. our only complaint is that there is a $3 charge to try/taste a beer. We sometimes will taste/try a beer before committing to a pint. I think this just needs to be stated at the time that there is a charge since most if not all of the breweries we have been to have not charged such a fee for a 1oz or less taste.
