We chose Genesis to cater our wedding and they did a phenomenal job! The food was DELICIOUS, I’m not usually a fan of wedding food but I can’t sing their praise loud enough. The food was just as yummy as when we did our tasting and all of our guests really enjoyed it! The staff was fantastic and checked in on myself and husband all night. I will hire Genesis for every catering event in the future!! 10/10, crushed is, knocked it out of the ball park, etc. I am so grateful we found Genesis, they made a giant impact on making our wedding so wonderful! I was ready to hire this caterer and we talked on a Friday, Lindsay Portal said that she would get an estimate over to me by Tuesday, I did not receive it and she said that I would receive it by Wednesday, It is a week later I never received it, I reached out 3 more times and she was non responsive. I would not hire a caterer that does not keep their commitments for a wedding as they may not show up. Your choice great food is fantastic if they meet their commitment, but if they are late or they don't follow through then your wedding is a bust. Don't need the Drama.

We selected this team after an excellent food tasting. We did several food tastings with other vendors, but Genesis Delight’s food was superior to the others. We did a taco bar and our guests raved about the food. I have been a guest at several weddings and found the food to be plain and not warm. But the taco bar and passed appetizers were well seasoned and remained warm. Additionally, many of our guests stated that the service was exceptional. The coordinator at our venue even stated that she has worked with many caterers and that our caterer was excellent, the food was amazing and that the service staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. That says a lot! We are so grateful to this company!
