“In the past 10 years they have only messed up my order once and it was quickly rectified. The staff has always been friendly no matter how busy they were even during the pandemic. I usually order lunchtime/early afternoon and my order is fresh & hot when I arrive.“
“They mostly get orders right the first time, but i always gotta ask for something on the side that they forgot. Staff rarely pay attention to the registers for customers coming in & i won't use the dirty kiosks bc for one they don't let you modify any of your food with items that aren't already on the sandwiches or item selcted & for two those touch screens get nasty hands on them ALL day long. So please be more observant instead of carrying on with coworkers. It's only decent fast food in town, so i won't complain too much. I'd just like to see better customer care, really.Parking: Usually got to park in the plazas parking lot because McDonald's is so small & the drive thru blocks a lot of spaces. Whoever built the remodel did not calculate correctly. Coming from a GC of construction company LLC.“
“This location is not the closest to my home but after ordering yesterday it will be my Go-To Subway. The sandwiches were perfect (I ordered on the app). Whoever made my order at 1:30pm knows how to read directions and make a perfect sandwich.“
“Lunch and dinner is better time bc breakfast I was missing half of my order, I love going to Hardee’s in Louisa bc the staff is amazing, the manager Paul, and Taci, and the crew Mariah and Kyle are all amazing they do everything I ask and are so kind, yes,the rest of the staff are cool too, my experience here was awesomeKid-friendliness: They were so nice to all the kids, kids love the kids meal, I recommend going here for kids“

It Has the down-home atmosphere of small town Louisa ,where friends and neighbors become family . the food is always consistent , cooked fresh on the spot . I’ve never eaten anything there that wasn’t good . they may be small, but the place is great , A must visit places on your bucket list .“
