REALLY UPSET ? BURGER KING ON MEMORIAL DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE THEY CLOSE EARLY. AND I HAD A DELIVERY ORDER I HAD MISSING ITEMS THAT I PAID FOR AND DID NOT RECEIVE. THEY NEED TO BE MORE LUKE THE BURGER KING ON TIMBERLAKE RD THEY STAY OPEN THERE HOURS ARE WHAT THEY SAY ARE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE SHORT ON EMPLOYEES THEY STILL DO THERE JOB AND VERY WELL

I ordered a whopper meal with cheese and a 8 piece buffalo nuggets . I can honestly say after eating the nuggets it was the worse food ever ! Stayed up puking all night and when I went to the doctors they said it was food poisoning from what I ate from there ! Never again will I eat Burger King!

This place is a joke every time I come here I'm told to wait at the first window or told to pull around and park always 10 minutes or longer sometimes just for a whopper nothing special. Just so they can lie and say they have a short wait time or what? All the burger kings around have been shut down when this is the worst of them all.. Note as I'm typing this I'm sitting here at the first window waiting to be told to pull forward after being made to back up to this window...

I hardly ever go to Burger King, because all of them in the Lynchburg Area are just awful. However, I have had decent times with the one on Memorial before so I figured decided to visit again.My mistake.I drove up and on the screen, I saw buy 2 Whopper Jrs for $5. It did not clarify anything but buy 2 for 5. It listed all of the bacon and cheese ones. So I asked for the BBQ Bacon and Cheese, the lady said we do not have that or something like that. I say well can I just get two Bacon and Cheese Jrs. She say well we are going to have to charge you extra. I respond with the screen does not say that, what the. I say forget Burger King always suck and backed out as some guys voice came on to argue back I assuming.So bad service, lies about what they are offering.I look at the app and I can order 2 of the BBQ Bacon and Cheese Jr for $5 plus tax. No extra charges.Sorry, after a 40minute wait at the one on Timberlake and lies about what they are offereing, I will not go to Burger King again...

Cheese is hardly ever melted and burgers are cold sometimes. I’m not the one to return food out of fear of the employees doing something bad or nasty to it! As their attitudes as not the most friendly. I understand that working in the fast food industry is exhausting but if you don’t like people & you’re not nice to people, don’t work in costumer service!

Burger wasn’t fresh, bun was stale, paid for a 12 count chicken fry, they gave me 9. Last time I’ll go, as this has been many times as far as the quality and freshness of food. They need new staff or more staff. The line takes about 15 minutes at least every time, and my order is always wrong and old, don’t know what the wait is ?? it’s not like they’re “cooking” anything.

I have never met the rudest damn people in my life. Walk in, don’t get greeted, ask the winch at the register how is her day & her response is “mhm”.. like excuse me? Rings me up, I pay & then it’s all of a sudden a problem with their broiler. Which I was relieved of, because any people with THAT kind of attitude I don’t want touching my food. They act like it’s an inconvenience that you come in and order food.. oddly enough it’s their job.. I see why the parking lot stays empty at this location.
