This Chick-Fil-A location is 50/50. Sometimes service and food are both great, sometimes service is good and food is terrible or cold…

Love the food, but there's always something missing. Please check your orders more carefully.

I moved back to the burg a year ago. I have given this location at least 20 chances to do better. Today I had the worst chic fil a sandwich I have ever had at this location. It was so flattened and not juicy at all. Almost hard to bite thru. I had a best most juicy chic fil a sandwich at indoor mall location recently, but candlers mountain road has consistently given us small chicken patties and hard nuggets. Corporate please do something with this location. This isn’t just a one time occurrence. Food is consistently bad.

If you enjoy hard biscuits and cold chicken then this is the place for you…. Definitely the worst chic fil a I have ever been to.

Nuggets were too small, cooked too hard and was very dry :( NOT GOOD!!! However I'm glad I got the peach shake & parfait for my late lunch. Never again 8pc nuggets!!!

I only really eat the fries! The fries are good!

I usually had no problems with Chick-fil-A, the location on Candle’s Mountain Rd., but the last few times I went my drink was literally slimy, with a weird thickness in it and my chicken nuggets were underdone. I did not feel good later that day , and felt sick to my stomach. I will not be returning. It only takes one time for food from a restaurant to make me sick. This was the only meal I had that day, I feel strongly it was the food that made me sick.

Normally my favorite place to eat. Instead I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, pulled up to the window for the employee to tell me to pull forward, sat for about 10 minutes they finally brought me my food but didn't give the person in front of me food so I had to wait another 15 for them to get their food before I could even pull out of the parking lot. Then I get home for my chicken to be burnt. I just waisted an hour to get some burnt chicken. So disappointed never going back. I just wanted some non burnt chicken....

Pull up to order and everything is as it should be. Then when I get to the window I'm asked to pull forward to the curb with no one behind me. Then after they give the people there food behind me they ask me to pull forward more so I have to run over the curb spinning tires in my truck. Luckily I'm in my idc truck but I sure did a burn out getting over the curb. Glad I was able to get moved around twice while you turned my fast food experience into a 15min wait and musical chairs but in cars. Also at 2:30pm so not even in the rush. The lord's chicken isn't even worth this headache here.

Used to go here all the time but recently, they have messed my order up 3 times in the last month. Will not be going back as they don’t seem competent enough to do their jobs correctly

This location is not very good, the one on Wards road is better. Fries are always under done or not salted enough, and they overcook the cookies which is a shame because usually these are my 2 favorite items. Although the location is more convenient, I’d recommend going to the Wards Road one instead

I would say my experience here has been alright! They don’t have a full menu which is a negative but the service is fast and the food is always delicious!

Great place. Just irritated with the traffic pattern.

Everyone there is normally very nice, but some things about the restaurant itself just don’t work which is why I give it less than 5 stars despite good food and friendly service. 1) Lately the times they open have been ALL over the place. One day I’ll go to get breakfast and it’ll be open, I’ll go back the next week at the exact same time and they’ll have the whole thing blocked off with cones. There isn’t a routine time they open anymore, it varies from day to day, and then you’re stuck joining the huge line of people waiting in the Wards Road drive thru line. 2) The area is too small! Most of the time the line is way out into the street (even if there’s only a few cars in line), and if you ever park and walk up there’s no way you’re getting out of there for at least 20 minutes because of how it’s situated. Its no fault of the employees, but this location has some work to do.
