Everyone there is normally very nice, but some things about the restaurant itself just don’t work which is why I give it less than 5 stars despite good food and friendly service. 1) Lately the times they open have been ALL over the place. One day I’ll go to get breakfast and it’ll be open, I’ll go back the next week at the exact same time and they’ll have the whole thing blocked off with cones. As always the service is excellent. The biscuits are frozen not scratch made. Chick-fila is solely convenience. Never will i be like “i would love some chick-fila today”. You want good chicken go to Bojangles.

Love the location (straight shot on 29 Madison Heights), but they need to be consistent with what time time they open. Having to go to wards road chic fil a...it's out of the way! Otherwise the food here is great and the staff is on point!
