“A couple of friends and I tried this tonight and it is so good and the guy was super friendly!! was deff a nice treat! I got the chocolate chip cookie infused with peanut butter w chocolate ice-cream! And it was pretty well priced compared to the other places that make the ice-cream sandwiches and this adds a diff twist which I would've expected to be higher but it wasn't and that was nice!“
“This place seems to be a hidden gem because I didn't know it was in Downtown Roanoke until today and I am so glad I went in. The best ice cream I've had in a very long time and their lemonade is also very good. Their prices are very reasonable as well.“

“this is my second time visiting this ice cream truck, it was one of the first places I tried when I moved to Lynchburg. the staff are always so friendly and the ice cream is delicious! the first time I ordered a simple chocolate/vanilla swirl with sprinkles, this time I ordered the cheesecake stack with graham cracker crumbs and whipped cream (pictured below), both were delicious! they have such a cute outside seating area with little games. for anyone visiting or anyone that just moved here, add this to your list of places to visit!“
“We came here on a Friday night after dinner. Although it was very crowded it didn't take long for us to get our sweet treats. I enjoyed the friendly service as well as the delicious ice cream! Mint chocolate chip has been my jam as of late and it did not disappoint. I ordered the flat top size and it was the perfect amount of creamy/delicious ice cream. This isn't a really big space at all but I did appreciate their being a line for cash and a line for card payments. This really helped with the flow since it was busy when I visited. MayLynn's is worth checking out if you happen to be in the downtown Lynchburg area. It's YUMMY!“

“I used to recommend Outside the Cone because they have delicious ice cream, even dairy free which we need, but our favorite part was the gluten free waffle cone. Now they don’t carry it during the week and only on weekends which we come all the way from Roanoke for it so can’t come on a weekend. So disappointing. Everything that’s yummy and gluten free gets stopped by places. So if you’re going to ice cream here expecting a gluten free cone, you better call so you’re not sorely disappointed like my wife was. Back to grocery store ice cream and gluten free cones.“
