“Our reservation was at 5:00 and when we arrived, our table was waiting for us. We were greeted by the friendly hostess and Michelle was our server. Drinks were excellent and we thought the appetizers were delicious. We tried the new appetizers for the night and they were excellent. We have eaten here many times and always come away happy and fully satisfied. Because we ate so many different appetizers, we were unable to order a full meal but I am sure that an entree would be as good as the appetizers.”

Sitting on top of The Virginian and managed by the most customer concerned and personsl attentive manager Noel, the updated menu and drink list is terrific. Masters at martinis with a master chef, you will not be disappointed. Value is built in. From the best burgers to filets. Thank you Noel and your entire team for a great experience. We also are impressed with John who manages the valet, great, and professional.”

“My visit was on Thanksgiving day.My main issue was the seating,The tables weren't normal dining tables. Instead, they seemed to be card tables.I was cursed by sitting with a large left-hand person on one side on me & a right-hand person on the other.It's like I had maneuver my eating skills.Just seemed like everyone was crammed in there.”
“We stopped at the dog friendly Three Roads Brewery to meet my daughter and her dog. The gentleman at the bar was very welcoming and even fed a treat to our dog. I ordered coffee and when I requested cream, there was none to be found. He really, really tried to find some. We enjoyed our visit at Three Roads - next time I’ll try something different. Thanks again for the outstanding customer service.”

“Visited Val's for the first time today to grab a bite to eat before seeing a movie. Everyone there was SUPER friendly and welcoming. They were patient as we figured things out and my family enjoyed our meal! We had some fried chicken, mac and cheese, sweet potato pudding, and collard greens. All delicious. We will definitely visit Val's again!”

There are no stairs here to dine or go to the restroom, so it is a wheelchair accessible space. Loved our visits here and are thankful to have a local space that is so adaptable! She hands down was the best waitress we've had at this establishment and others. Sometimes it feels as if waiters and waitresses can be disingenuous or pretentious. She was not at all. Just great service and attention to details. Interestingly, I've never reviewed this restaurant hitherto, despite enjoying the food. But the great service from this solid employee motivated me to write this review. I hope she is compensated in a commensurate manner with the level of value she's providing”

“As a self admitted Chinese food addict who lived in the Lynchburg area for 30 years, you will not find a better sesame chicken and lo mein anywhere in town. I’ve worked in the food industry, and I speak from experience when I say that the guy who runs this place is like a superhero. Answering the phone, cooking the food, ringing up orders, dealing with customers. Always patient, always friendly. If you’re unsure where to go for Chinese food, please consider King House even if it is a little out of the way.”

“Seems mostly family run. They are very polite and pretty accurate on estimated time the last few visits I had. One of the best hibachi take-out dishes in the area. If you've had Japanese fast food, or the mall variant, you have a general idea of what to expect.Wheelchair accessibility: It is right next to the parking lot and not lifted or after any stairs. Tables are lower so someone could roll in and right up to a table. Paying counter is a bit high but I'm sure they'd step out to assist.”

Lots of sushi options but many are fried/tempura varieties, not as many fresh/light sushi options. If you like Americanized sushi choices though, they'll have you covered.”

“This place isn't recommended several times to my son and I and it's report card season so we decided to go out for good grades. Rivermont Pizza did not disappoint. There was live music upstairs. The place above rivermont Pizza and the food was phenomenal. They had both traditional pizza options as well as really unique flavors. All in all this was a great experience!”

“Overall, it is a nice, quaint stop. I never knew there was this mini-mall like building in downtown. Georgia's is one of the shops on the ground floor. It is a neat little corner of town and it was still bustling for that sub shop. They had my order on time (Chicken Parm sub) and it was nice and hot. A little too much garlic in the sauce and the cheese was melted on the top (open side of sub) so, on hot marinara, it kind of slid off a bit when biting, but overall a solid sandwich. Prices are not bad and the people were friendly. I'd recommend it.Parking: If you don't mind walking a bit, there are garages and such, but if you are hoping to park within a block on the street, it'll be a gamble. There are many businesses in that cluster of buildings.”
“Whenever I visit family here, I always try different coffee spots. But after finding 5th Street Grind, I think I can stop looking for the best one. I not only appreciate the kindness of the owner but that he experiments with his specialty lattes and doesn't just do what everyone other coffee shop is doing. If you are visiting in the winter months, I highly recommend the Sicilian White Mocha, which has hints of orange! Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.”

The shop itself has a nice theme with darker colors and lots of plants. Coffee itself was amazing. I got an iced eggnog cappuccino, which wasn’t too sweet and the espresso shot was paired nicely with it. My husband got their tonic holiday drink which he enjoyed. My brother enjoyed his drip coffee. Overall awesome experience!!”

“Biscuitville is my go to for quick breakfast. I can't get enough of it. My favorite is the sausage egg biscuit with no cheese. I have also recently discovered a newer offering of the ultimate country ham biscuit and I add lettuce and tomato. You also cannot forget the wedge fries and sweet tea. Add some jelly to the sausage and egg biscuit and you have a winner!I prefer the location in Madison Heights as their food seems to be more consistent. The location on Old Forest road has been there but they just rebuilt the building. Initially the service and food was not very good but that has now been corrected. The staff is friendly and offers great service. Every now and then they do overcook the fries. If you bring it to their attention they will correct but since I have been going there forever I usually just keep it moving. Definitely recommend biscuitville as it is a Southern treat!Vegetarian options are limited. I would love to see a good non meat option added to the menu.”

I got the Turkey Sandwich with Fries and let me tell you it was the best Turkey Sandwich I've ever had, the turkey was as they advertised "dang good" and the way it was fixed looked just the way it's advertised in the photos online. And also the fries were fresh, hot and of great quality! The fact that they offer the best of the best food as well as strongly supporting our veterans is a win/win as it is a restuarant worth supporting this noble cause! The atmosphere could be improved upon. Building needs updating and the manager working when I was there could improve listening skills a bit. I repeated my order 3 times across the counter before it was correct. There also seemed to be general tension between staff and manager while I was there. But the food was good enough for me to return and order more carry out!!!”
“We placed a bulk order on a Sunday. We mistakenly made the order for Tuesday. The team at Blue Ridge BBQ was QUICK to help us out. They fulfilled the order even though we made a mistake. “My family and I are no stranger to this place. Tonight we came celebrating my cousins birthday (along with some others behind us) It was about 9-12 of us so of course we ordered a lot of food. We had a lot of issues with different orders but thank God for the manager Zandra tonight! She literally made everyone alright in no time! She didn’t hesitate to fix any of the issues we had. No one fussed at her we literally just told her what was wrong with the orders, she took them back (several times) and then just bought them back out! We even gave her a piece of birthday cake because she was so nice!! I’ve been in management for 18+ years and I love the way she handled things tonight! Zandra thank you so much for how you took care of my family and I tonight!! Don’t forget I live across the street and will be back!!!”

“Good food and service was ok. Very busy so there was a little bit of a wait but they are the only little ceasars left around the area. Good prices as usual and everything was fully cooked, even the deep dish which usually is undercooked at other little ceasars I've been to. Highly recommend.”

“Our reservation was at 5:00 and when we arrived, our table was waiting for us. We were greeted by the friendly hostess and Michelle was our server. Drinks were excellent and we thought the appetizers were delicious. We tried the new appetizers for the night and they were excellent. We have eaten here many times and always come away happy and fully satisfied. Because we ate so many different appetizers, we were unable to order a full meal but I am sure that an entree would be as good as the appetizers.”

“Last night, my family and I were celebrating my husband’s promotion and he chose to eat at TR. We arrived to a packed house! Our wait was not long at all and once seated, we met Steven, our server. The rest of the night was 10 stars out of 5! The service, the food, the laughs, the fun… Steven is a gem. We’re used to servers who don’t speak unless spoken to and often can’t be found if something is needed. Steven checked on us often, carried on conversation with us, made us laugh, replenished drinks and bread quickly and often…he was a rockstar! I hope he gets a bonus or recognition of some type for this review because it is well-deserved. I will go back to TR just to have Steven as my server. I’m thankful Steven took care of us on my husband’s special night. He was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.”

You know they use quality products when they taste good with little or no seasoning. I miss having my food doused in butter, garlic, and the like, but the cook on Friday night did an amazing job with my restrictions. Will definitely come back at some point.”

I was sweating the whole time and it was even worse coming out of the other end later. If you like really hot stuff I recommend the medium. If you don't usually eat spicy food don't even get the medium go down a spice level. Really great taste tho. The waffle fries were good but the fried okra were under done.”

Went in once to try ordering a new menu item that wasn't on the kiosks yet and awkwardly waited for like 5 minutes staring at the staff waiting for them to stop talking about non-work related things.
