After receiving a gift card for Christmas, I decided to break my year+ McDonald's drought. Orders would be incorrect, cold and/or old food etc..matter the location in the Lynchburg area. From ordering to leaving the 2nd window, I was in and out quick. Shaheim was very polite, upbeat and didn't rush me to make up my mind. Food was correct and tasted how it should. Thank you Shaheim and team for making a better experience!

Woman at the first window taking orders was rude and clearly hates her job. The fries were cold and stale as if they’d been sitting for over an hour.If you go in the mornings, this is usually a great McDonald’s. But go later in the night and it’s terrible.I went at 7:30 btw. Not like I went there right before they close. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they actually do have a good crew in the mornings and I rarely go at night.

My first visit to this location the young man taking orders at the drive thru was beyond rude. When he asked what I wanted to order I said "Just a moment please." He responded "Hurry up, I ain't got no minute! I got a job to do and there's a line!" There were no other vehicles in line at this time. So I drove off. The second time I went to this location half my order was not in the bag so I parked and went in and was one of three customers in the lobby. It took a staff of five people 15 minutes to correct my order. So, yeah, no, won't go there again.
