The sandwiche bread was hard. They had put the bacon on the wrong sandwich . The olives tasted sour. I will not be going back to that one again.

I stop by this subway every week after work. . Tonight they’re short staffed clearly. One person working. On Labor Day at that.. anyways I ordered online about a half hour ago and still waiting in my subs. Kinda toxic. People just keep walking in and getting theirs first. I’m about to just eat some chips I didn’t pay for. Cause like at this point I’m hungry. And clearly not gonna get my subs anytime soon. .

Good service and fresh and tasty subs. Great value, especially with coupons. Sandwich maker and manager both were friendly and helpful.At this Subway, they always do what they can to make the subs the way you want them and never complain about special requests. Rarely have to explain any custom orders.Clean restaurant with plenty of seating, although I almost always get my order to go.Vegetarian options: Salads and veggie sandwiches. All made to order with a variety of veggies to choose from. Always fresh and delicious.

Ordered online through the subway site. Subway said my order was ready and when I came to pick it up it still wasn't ready after 35 minutes even tho the store didn't seem busy. Employee told me I had to cancel my order through the website, after trying to figure it out for a while I called corporate who then told me I had to call the store to cancel my order. Wish their employees knew this and canceled it when I asked so I wouldn't have wasted more of my time by telling me I had to do it online.

Always good, for me, only subway I'll go to in Lynchburg. I've found the other locations in Lynchburg charge me 4-6$ more for the exact same order. No idea why
