I ordered delivery (food and smoothies) and my 2 smoothies were not delivered. (Not the stores fault, that was DoorDash‘s fault). After DoorDash wouldn’t respond to any of my texts, I called the store and spoke with the general manager of the Lynchburg VA store. She was absolutely AMAZING, understanding, and extremely apologetic (again, not the stores fault at all). She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and replaced the undelivered smoothies. It’s very hard to find good customer service, but she was by far some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever had in my life. She definitely needs to be recognized for her awesome work and positive attitude!!

The facility was clean and welcoming. The cashier did not offer the friendliest service. She had difficulty answering basic questions about their app and menu. My daughter loved her Strawberry blend smoothie. I ordered the island green and found it a little to bitter for my taste. I could not detect pineapple or Mango flavor at all. It also had large pieces of greens in it. Needed more time in the blender to puree properly.

Oh gosh, tropical smoothie is a favorite of mine! The Paradise Point smoothie and the turkey bacon ranch sandwich are my go-to's. Delicious every time!

I ordered the pomegranate drink and its delicious as I remember a while ago. Definitely will come here more often plus they have a small seating area outside. But no umbrella just a fyi.

I used to go here all the time 2 years ago. My last 3 visits, the food hasn’t been all that great and I guess since I order half turbinado the smoothies would turn out watery and not flavorful. But today the smoothie looked great. The problem occurred when I went to dump my smoothie into a smaller cup I noticed short grey, what looked like, hairs… or maybe it was pieces from one of the fruits inside the smoothie. Idk. Looked too much like short grey hairs to me, so I just gave the order to my neighborhood pets. I ordered the Strawberry Daiquiri Smoothie.

I ordered online and had to choose from drive-thru, curbside, or in store pick up- I chose curbside. Arrived and pushed the button that says, "I'm Here" sat for 22 minutes. Finally went to the drive-thru window and they said I would have to come in for it or come through the drive thru. 10 more minutes in the drive-thru line I finally got my melted smoothie. If curbside is NOT an option, remove it from the list. I will NOT visit Tropical Smoothie again. I do NOT recommend them at all. We have some great coffee shops right around the corner on Greenview Dr. That make some amazing smoothies. If I have to go in anyway, might as well support local small business. The main reason I typically choose curbside is I travel with my dog and with the hot weather, I need to leave the car running to keep the temp right.
