Just sat down at the bar to eat and the round toasted tortilla chips are amazing! Aslin serving the bar is so nice, good manners and very quick serving…ceviche de pescado is amazing, fish cut little with a nice mix of diced veggies with the fish and topped with avocado and a delicious sauce over it.The El Barco Ostiones (Oysters) are pretty amazing too topped with octopus ceviche and a shrimp each.
Oh wow!!! An experience like no other for just amazing seafood, Hispanic excellence-style. Very creatively presented with taste and flavor to match.
