We decided to drop by for a meal on a Sunday afternoon. We found a wonderful Italian restaurant that was intriguingly busy on a Sunday afternoon.My wife had the salmon and I had the steak special.Both dishes were cooked immediately about 10 feet from us and served steaming hot. Both were deemed very well plated, flavorful and precisely cooked.When we come next, I'll dress a little better. The chef deserves it.”

As I am writing this review, it is Ramadan and her and the owner were very accommodating, such as making sure we had dates to break our fast, making sure a dish is halal, and asking if we are comfortable with food coming out before it is time to break our fast.Love this place and the interior is nice as well. Highly recommend!”
“WOW WOW!!!! is not all I’m going to say this restaurant is Amazing the food is so delicious .I had the steak breakfast one week I had well done steak and use the butter knife to cut it lol that all I have to say, I had the beef stew the meat pulls apart with the fork that’s all I have to say. All the sides are delicious everything is so fresh you taste the freshness. The ambience clean and fresh the bathroom yes I said it. I told my daughter even if she does not have to go go anyway ?? she did and was amazed. Thank you to all the chefs & staff. Oh and stop by the bakery when you leave delicious!!!!!BlessingsWest”

The serving staff worked as a team, while our waiter took the order and would check up on us, other members were refilling the water glass, and bringing out out food. Was a little delayed between courses but nothing unreasonable, and we were not in a hurry. The food, the wine, the service, all were top notch!”

“The Mrs. and I took a trip out to Manassas to meet our friends for dinner at a place called Public House Kitchen and Brewery, located on Battle Street. First of all it does not have its own parking, so you will be looking for a spot on the street. If that doesn't scare you off, you'll be treated to a very fun tavern. The dining room is not what you'd call large, so expect some noise on weekend nights. We were shown to the last open table on this Saturday night by a very nice server. My wife started with a Public House Winter Amber Lager, which she really liked. I went a bit darker, with a Public House Darkness. It too was outstanding. It was quite smooth, and the chocolate came through.As an appetizer we had the Candied Bacon. This was basically thick cut slabs of bacon with a smoky maple syrup glaze. Decent, but kind of heavy.For dinner, my wife had muscles. She reported it to be good, standard muscles in a garlic broth. I had salmon with mashed potatoes and fried Brussel Sprouts. The salmon was very good, only the Brussel Sprouts had quite a number of loose leaves, and not just whole Sprouts.The service was extraordinary, and the dining room, though a bit tight, was really fun with a number of very interesting light fixtures. Definately a place we'd go back to again, especially to sample more of their beer.”

“Il Faro is a very good restaurant. I love the Chicken Marsala here. Extremely tasty. A different spin on it as they don't use spaghetti as the pasta. The chef uses penne pasta and it absorbs the flavors of the sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and the organic chicken well. The chicken is extremely tender and the chef consistently delivers this dish in the three times we have been here since they took over after Mama Mias closed. I also want to note they do the appetizers well. We enjoy the mozzarella sticks and the meatballs. You can tell the mozzarella is fresh since it doesn't have that frozen taste and the sauce to dip in is very tasteful. As for the meatballs, they are beef based but the chef adds a great flavor of the tomato sauce and mozzarella and they add delightful bread to soak up the remaining sauce and cheese after you enjoy the meatballs. The pizza is a thin crust cooked toward the under side so no browning on the cheese. It is a NY pizza in the finest of traditions. You will enjoy it. Service is top notch. I mean 100%. We go in and we are 100% satisfied with the service. Waitress is efficient, smart and completely interested in making sure you have a great dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.”

“Played here with the Northern Virginia Firefighters Emerald Society Pipe Band today after the Manassas St. Patricks Day Parade. I ordered the Scottish Ale and was pleased to find it tasted like a Scottish Ale should. Tentatively, I ordered a Black Pearl Porter. It tasted like a porter…no chocolate, peanut butter ,rapserry, nor other extra flavors so many other craft breweries try to put in their porter to make it “unique”. I will be back sample the rest of their line. So rare these days to find a craft brewery which has the courage and confidence in their skill to make quality brews that qualify as excellent examples of the style of beer without the gimmicks. Well done.”

There's an alley to the left of the entrance that has a ground level entry door. No elevator to rooftop patio. Most tables on main floor are high tops with stools.”

Today is Sunday and came in around noon time and it was not busy as the weather is a bit dreary. I got my usual Beef and Cheddar and also the new Fish Strips. The combo and fish strips came out to about $16 which is on par for inflation pricing. The food was good and everything came out hot. The only draw back is there is so much A/C that your food could get cooled relatively quickly. The Arby sauce and Horsie sauce were still on point and if you don't walk away with your plate with a hot mess of sauces then you have not ate at Arby's.The soft drink machine was also proper and had the right amount do carbonation and syrup. Some places is too flat some places is just all water. The Barq's Root Beer was on point and though I don't drink much soda, Barq's still slaps.Men's bathroom was decent. Didn't use the stall as I just came in to wash my hand beforehand to eat. Everything inside appeared to be in order and the faucet was clean as well as the spigot. Even the paper towel dispenser was plenty filled and did not leave me hanging like so many places.Overall, it was a good experience and of you are ever out and in the mood for Arby's, I'd recommend this location. I always tend to get the chicken breast kebab platter which comes with 2 kinds of rice, a small iceberg salad with a cool cucumber ranch dressing, these fantastic garbanzos beans in a lovely flavorful sauce & freshly made unleavened bread from their oven. The price is determined by the weight of your food- so much per pound. There are several items on the Buffet , along with other side items not on the buffet ( beef patties, sandwiches, and desserts) We wanted to taste some of everything. We had Pelau, Cream Spinach, Plantains, Fried Cabbage, Mac and Cheese Pie, Green Beans, Chick Peas/Potatoes, Stewed Chicken, Jerk Shrimp, and the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. The Food was very good. It was flavorful, colorful , with the perfect amount of spices. We loaded 2 containers along with 2 sandwiches. Our price with taxes was $60 00. Well worth it.”

“Il Faro is a very good restaurant. I love the Chicken Marsala here. Extremely tasty. A different spin on it as they don't use spaghetti as the pasta. The chef uses penne pasta and it absorbs the flavors of the sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and the organic chicken well. The chicken is extremely tender and the chef consistently delivers this dish in the three times we have been here since they took over after Mama Mias closed. I also want to note they do the appetizers well. We enjoy the mozzarella sticks and the meatballs. You can tell the mozzarella is fresh since it doesn't have that frozen taste and the sauce to dip in is very tasteful. As for the meatballs, they are beef based but the chef adds a great flavor of the tomato sauce and mozzarella and they add delightful bread to soak up the remaining sauce and cheese after you enjoy the meatballs. The pizza is a thin crust cooked toward the under side so no browning on the cheese. It is a NY pizza in the finest of traditions. You will enjoy it. Service is top notch. I mean 100%. We go in and we are 100% satisfied with the service. Waitress is efficient, smart and completely interested in making sure you have a great dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.”
