Today wasnt bad decent service and food. Would update stars from past experiences but just no soda machines in lobby. Why do we have to go to the counter for refills waiting with other trying to get food. Will say if mc Donald's already charges more for their sodas then they did and if they change soda refill access and charges for each soda eventually my family and I will definitely stop going to mc Donald's.In the past...NOT OPEN.... TAKES MOBILE ORDERS BUT SAYS THEY WONT FILL THEM. DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO REFUND MOBILE ORDERS??? .... HAS A PERSON IN STORE WHO WONT SPEAK TO YOU AND HANGS UP WHEN YOU CALL. NO EXPLANATION. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE ATTITUDE... WENT BACK A SECOND TIME TOLD SYSTEMS ARE DOWN AND RESTARTING TAKES 45 MINUTES TO DO THAT... 45 MINUTES? WHAT SYSTEM??? EVEN A 1980S COMPUTER SYSTEM TOOK LESS THEN THAT. TOTAL ATTITUDE AND WEIRDNESS. LOOKS LIKE ONLY ONE OR TWO STAFF AND THATS WHY THE DIFFICULTIES. SEEMES INTENTIONAL OR A LIE.No customer service on how to get a refund on money you paid.Couldn't buy food cash, couldn't do anything. They just were sitting inside doing nothing.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, definitely the worst in Manassas. Incompetent is an understatement and they don't even make up for it with great customer service because their customer service is about pretty much on par with Xfinity. Rude and incompetent is the only way to explain this store. Drive down the street to one across from Denny's, atleast they know how to make the fries correctly.
This location is really hit-or-miss on both food quality and service. Sometimes I swing through on my way home from work and everything is smooth and friendly and made correctly, and sometimes it's slow and every car has to pull into a space to wait and then sauces are missing and the burgers are falling apart.But it's cheaper than the one over by the mall - that one has started upcharging for pickles and mayo ? At least this one isn't doing that.

Great location, but there is one male employee at the drive through that should not be in customer service. Very abrupt. Never smiles. Never asks how you are doing or responds when asked how he is doing. He yells into the speaker the price. Get to pay the window, he yells it again and slaps, yes, slaps the change into your palm. I have a high functioning, austic daughter who works at a grocery store. Actually, the chain of Giant grocery stores goes out of their way to hire people who are not normally the first you hire. McDonald's does the same. This guy..Wipe down tables. Not the drive-through taking money. Everyone else is incredible and nice.

Just ordered food 20 minutes ago and really disappointed. ☹️ Got chicken nuggets that are looking really dark and dry. Seems like they been sitting there for hours and they just re-drop them for my order. And I asked for unsalted fries and they gave me salted. And not fresh at all ?♂️
