A fast casual concept Bakery. I've been to a few locations of PB in the NE, as well as some of its competitors, and never seen a master a baker. Wonder if dough is probably shipped from main Korean facilities to be proofed, baked, and decorated in the US stores....Regardless, sweets are good and there are lots of options. Loved everything I’ve gotten from here. I’m a huge bread head. Literally my favorite food. There’s so much variety from classic pastries to Korean inspired ones. Mini sized pastries to sandwiches big enough for lunch. They will offer to warm gold items for you to eat while dining in. The location is extremely clean and the baked good taste real and not pumped up full of chemicals. I’ve already been twice because I’m a huge fan
