Went to the store the other day. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is handicap accessible. I received my order not too long after ordering. The staff are very friendly and helpful to their customers. What absolutely recommend for a visit!

This used to be my favorite Starbucks. It's several years ago I gave it a five star review. The staff was wonderful, the service was great, and the coffee was excellent. Excellent. The quality of service here has dropped dramatically. If you go into the store, be prepared to be ignored. They are very focused on the drive-thru and mobile orders, but not customers. At the register. Register. This morning I went and stood for three or four minutes at the register without even being acknowledged by anyone. At the seven people working there. I finally gave up and left.If you read the other reviews, I'm not the only person who has had this experience there. The manager might consider making this a mobile order and drive through store only with no register service. The other option would be to train staff to acknowledge and wait on the people who do come inside.

Just went thru the drive thru and picked up a Pumpkin ? Spice Latte that was absolutely delicious! ? Great service that's fast and friendly!
Twice in a row when I ordered from the drive thru of this store, the baristas are giggling, laughing that they can't even talk to complete my order. At first, I let it go but tonight, the girl who took my order had a long pause and then finally she started talking but was trying to hold her laugh and she can't say a word because she's laughing. Im thinking that they are laughing at my accent or the way I pronounced the drinks. I tried to report using the chat option but I don't think it's a real live agent who's answering the messages. The baristas during the day are very professional and pleasant but my experience during late hours is not good.

Breakfast service items are very small for the price. I had capuchino the darn drink was so finkig, hot that my tongue was hurting for 2 days. Was the darn coffee boiling, and Starbucks personal didn't say anything.
