This used to be my favorite Starbucks. It's several years ago I gave it a five star review. The staff was wonderful, the service was great, and the coffee was excellent. Excellent. The quality of service here has dropped dramatically. If you go into the store, be prepared to be ignored. They are very focused on the drive-thru and mobile orders, but not customers. Nice little tucked away Starbucks in Manassas.The young man who took my order was very professional and courteous.They have a few outdoor tables to eat at as well if your like myself and enjoy eating outdoors.

Went to the store the other day. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is handicap accessible. I received my order not too long after ordering. The staff are very friendly and helpful to their customers. What absolutely recommend for a visit!
