These employees can never get our orders right. We ordered online, and they keep forgetting to add or remove items that were clearly shown in our order. I really wished they could do a better job at understanding what a customer wants specifically.

Very bad experience, we are family we Love Subway, and I use a FLBOGO coupon today , this is my first time to buy online, it's a disappointing sub. No more purchase in this store
Please dont order from this subway. They provide poor customer service. I ordered a salad requested salad dressing on the side. I received a salad covered in so much dressing I couldn't eat it. When contacted to correct the issue. They were effortless and had no regard for its customers. I should have checked the reviews. 1 stars rating or 0 below. Dont order from this subway avoid the disappointment.

Usually good experience but the latina women were looking at me crazy for not speaking Spanish. Get someone who can talk English clearly and understand it well. Don't have a problem with Spanish but don't want rude treatment because I don't speak in the language they prefer.

Was very impressed with the new sandwich selection my first sandwich I tried was the CHAMP it was very good.. looking to try the others!
I had a coupon for a 12 inch for 6.99, got my normal sub chicken bacon ranch mozzarella. The coupon did not say it excluded anything I got She charged me 11.99 FOR A FUCKING 12 inch SUB! I COULDVE GOTTEN A 12 inch MEAL FOR 7.99 "The mozzarella is extra" FUCK YOU! Don't give these rip offs any business I hope they go broke

Lady was rude nobody smiled at me but made sure to smile heavily at my husband. They didn't know how to use the coupons and acted like it was our fault. Took up our whole lunch break trying to figure out how to ring us up. Dr. Pepper was flat and the bathrooms were locked.
