“This is hands down my favorite eatery in Martinsville. The atmosphere is so inviting and peaceful, I love to have lunch here when I can. The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, I'm always happy to see them and they always make me feel so welcome. And to those who are just fans of the delicious drinks, if you have time one day, try some food off the menu! Everything is made fresh and so flavorful and delicious. My favorite things to order are either of the rice bowls or a Korean corndog with a Taro Milk tea or a Thai tea. Can't talk enough about how much I love this place, please support this small business!!“
“I frequent this location multiple times a week. The staff is very friendly and efficient. If they happen to forget a topping on a drink, they are quick to right the situation with a smile on their face. There is ample room to sit and enjoy your food/beverage inside or outside. The Martinsville location always has a wide variety of coffee beans and coffee cups/mugs for puchase. I always leave with a smile on my face and delicious beverages/food items.“
“The girl asked me if I needed ketchup, I said ketchup for crinkle cut fries but not for Micky D's fries, they have a taste of their own that shouldn't be covered by ketchupKid-friendliness: Happy meal can come with fries or apple slices. Very child friendly, of course I know that seniors get happy meals for themselves too.“
“Went here after a visit to the hospital on the way back home right around lunch time on Wed. 01/18/23 , and the front cashier was very nice. She was just absolutely delightful making the visit that much better, got the order right and brought it to the table for us. The food was hot and fresh. Will be going back if I'm in town.“
“Checked google maps after having our car serviced for a breakfast option. Railway came up 2 miles away and we gave them a shot. So glad we did. Clean, easy going feel to the cafe and our food was fantastic.Caramel coffee was A+. Don't let the small size fool you, place is big on options. We'll be back. Thanks to the attentive staff too.“
“I don't get to go in very often. Always use the drive through. The drive through staff here are fantastic. Super friendly... always up for a quick chat. Always remember my name when they see me in the camera. It's a great break in the day to have people just be nice....and not just because it's a job. They are truly nice people.“
“Horrible experience at Bojangles across the road. Came into this business after requesting my money back from Bojangles and had awesome service. Gladly hand my money to people that deserve it. Work ethic is key! GREAT JOB! IF IT WAS UP TO ME YOU ALL WOULD GET A RAISE!!“
“The Starbucks in Vinton Kroger is consistently understaffed. The staff is exceptional however, one person working cannot keep up with the demand. People are walking away after a lengthy wait. One person taking orders AND the making orders is just not enough. There to be two people working almost all the time. If this is supposed to be a cost saving measure it's backfiring on you. You're losing money because you're losing orders. This is why I only give 4 stars instead of 5.“
“Burgers were good. Fries were hard and kinda dry,not fresh. I was pretty disappointed. We went through the drive-through, and we parked in the front and waited for our order. When it was brought to us, there was a burger missing. The woman who brought it out looked all through our bag with her glove less hands. All in all, it wasn't a good experience.“
“Found this on our way to Roanoke. The atmosphere was amazing. Hit this place on a Friday night, had a live guitarist who was great, played a great variety. Ordered the campfire latte, it was delicious and the salads. I had the harvest bowl and my husband had the WAC salad. Both were fresh, delicious and amazing. If you can find a reason to come here, DO IT! so worth the small detour!!“
