I have not been to a Long John Silver's in 16 years and hadn't ever been here...safe to say I was nervous.Let me just tell you, I am very impressed. I got a 2 Cod combo and the cod was very hot and juicy. The fries I got were delicious and hot. The hush puppies were good, as was the lemonade. I went at 5:30 and there was nobody in there. With how good the food was, why???Service was fantastic and the place was pretty clean, if a bit dark. I will eat here again and it won't be 16 years before I eat here again.

Highly disappointed grabbed lunch by there I know what I can and cannot eat while pregnant so I decided to go with a meal and grab 3 shrimps as well I bite into and it was not cooked all the way. Definitely will be my last time eating there now after

Arrived at counter at 835. Staff was upset about late customer. Food was good, but staff harassed me and my friend with their car alarms while we tried to eat our dinner in our vehicle on the way home from an 8 hour journey. They kept using their key fobs to set off the cars on both sides of my truck. Who does this?

The only problem I see is they usually don't drain the grease out of the food before boxing it up. Also no spork nor sauces as asked for. Just as other fast food joints it all depends who is working and the pride they take into their job....

spoke to a manager a few days ago about the order so when I made a special trip to get the order replaced the manager that was there wasn't the same one I spoke to on the phone. so when I told her my name to replace the order she got a nasty attitude, and said she wasn't replacing the whole order cause the other manager shouldn't have told me that and I shoulda brought the food back that night. first of all we just happened to be in the area when we stopped that night. I wasn't driving 35 mins to take the food back cause it was late at night. I told her I made a special trip to come and replace it anyways and she didn't care and said it wasn't gonna work that way. well secondly if you don't like to work with the public don't have a manager job. and if you having a bad day don't take it out on the customers. it was wrong of her.and the replacement food tasted like greasy cardboard. they need to close the Martinsville location. don't waste your money
