Hidden gem in McLean. We've now eaten at this place on four different occasions, and every single time we have been blown away. It's tucked away in a small building near the intersection of old Dolley Madison and Old dominion. Terrific menu, very Mediterranean. The beet salad is to die for. The shrimp is fantastic too. You must try this place at least once.
Love this restaurant and you will too. A sleeper that has phenomenal Mediterranean cuisine. Located in downtown Mclean but slightly off the beaten path, it suffers only from visibility. The menu offers many choices with a lebanese-Moroccan like flare. The flavors will immediately touch your palate. We came here when it was still called Simply Fresh. Had not eaten there since it changed its formula, now called Tav Bistro. We went there yesterday evening for first time for dinner. My wife and I both had the salmon for entree. Best entree we have eaten in a long time. Michelin star level. Really. Amazing. Keep it up Tav Bistro!
