TGI Friday's has really gone downhill, and it shows in the quality of food. I used to like this place when I came here in middle school, but last time I came here was really disappointing. The center-cut sirloin dish tasted like it just came out of a microwave, and a bit cold. Same with the mozzarella sticks. My family and I were there last week in the evening time. I am giving them 3 stars due to our waiter (LULU?) being awesome! However, there was a gentleman (asian descent man) that brought out our "margarita shrimp cocktail" and was completely rude. He spilled some all over our table and didn't really care to clean up. I don't expect a 5 star treatment, but at least don't be rude.

Five stars for the convenience! It’s a nice go to in the mall. Especially when the food court isn’t serving fresh food. The service just really depends who you get. Hosts are generally welcoming. They always seem busy. Food is good for the price. When shopping, this is a great pit stop!
