Beyond disappointed in this particular Panera. Went there for dinner a few weeks ago. My husband ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and there was hardly anything in it. We had gotten the same dish at other Panera's and there was a substantial amount of food. When questioned, management said that we had gotten lucky previously and that they had given us the exact weight limits of ingredients that they were allowed to serve. We decided to give them another try this past weekend and each of us ordered a soufflé. Both were cold and when my husband asked that his be heated up he was told no. Spent way too much money to have to eat a cold egg dish. We will not be going back.

Ordered the roast turkey avocado bacon on sourdough in the drive thru. Got home and no avocado. And the 2 “bowl’s” of soup we ordered looked like cups of soup?

Went to Panera to get a bagel they're sold out of every kind of bagel except chocolate chip. Not first occurrence. I thought, a bagel shop that's out of bagels, so I went to Wawa. Sure enough, they have bagels hot and ready. Buttered, sour cream, whatever you want.

I placed an order on the app and they contracted the delivery to door dash, who messed up and delivered Taco Bell instead of my order. I called and Panera told me there was nothing they could do, that only door dash can refund my money for the food.

The actual Panera address is Near 7324 Bell Creek Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23111It's "Not busy" because it doesn't exist. There's a Sweet Frog frozen yogurt and some sort of physical therapy place in this location. Based on the terrible reviews, it looks like it may have been closing for a while.

Delivery drivers beware attitude if you ask for eta...Manager is just rude. Employees follow her lead....they have board that says they are prepping or is ready...they say ready when not ( probably trying reach some metrics).....STAY AWAY or they might try to ban u if u ask too many questions!

Ordered bowl of chicken noodles soup - all broth very very few noodles or chicken. Definitely not worth my money! Grilled cheese sandwich, soup and a cookie = $19.33! Not worth it and never again!

These people make you wait in line for 20 minutes to order THEN wait 45 more minutes for your food while the drive thru takes precedence. They have these nasty slimy pickled onions that I told them I didn’t want. It said so on my receipt. They put them on anyway then balked at remaking my sandwich. They remade it on the wrong bread with just steak crumbles, nothing else. It’s like the magic word COVID has never left!! Incompetent people unable to fulfill orders correctly or in a timely manner! There attitude is at last you got some food… I’m an incapable idiot doing what I can….

This Panera has gone down hill. Every single table needed cleaning. The floor was covered in food. Bathroom gross, trashcan full. Worst part paying $41 for 2 people to eat lunch. I can’t rate service because you use a self serve kiosk and get a text when the food is ready. Where is the service in that? Of course there was still a tip option at check out.

The manager Amanda. Younger lady is the nastiest person I’ve seen. She has yelled me multiple times now and saying they own the parking lot lol. I’m glad racial discrimination is still plentiful. At this location. Their employees smoke on the patio. And if I walk up with a cigarette she runs up and yells like a crazy person. Even if I’m not on the property she managed to come out and yell Noticed she only nasty to none white people. I’ve heard complaints about her many of times and seen it. But Panera seems not to care. I don’t raise my voice but seems she isn’t raised right. I feel bad for other customers

Horrible! I am a local to Mechanicsville and last nights experience was horrible! It started with the person taking our order. She absolutely needs to be told to go home and adjust her attitude or do not come back. We could not understand a word she was saying - Panera why would you have someone like this on your front line? Next came the wait for food. My husband ordered a grilled cheese. His came out in 20 minutes (thats even we had sat a while and actually started timing). I waited another 10 minutes for my salad. They said they were still making it. Even though 11 pretty complex sandwiches came out after I asked about my "salad" - umm lettuce and tomatoes took longer then sandwiches. The trash cans were over flowing. The bathrooms were a mess. And you might be thinking, oh they were short staffed?? Absolutely not, we counted at least 8 people working. The problem is, 2 were working and 6 were checking their phones, sneaking a puff on their e-cigs in the dining area or really just not caring. And lastly, we all know the cost of dining has gone up. We purchased a salad, a pick 2 and 2 cookies - 40 bucks. We could of added 10.00 more and went across the street for a steak brought to our table. I seldom write reviews but this experience was.....did I say horrible. Thankfully the night wasn't a total disaster. We went to Lowes, where an amazing young lady helped us - Panera employees could learn from her outstanding customer service ability.
