Was no napkins sweet tea or anyone else in the place or drive thru . Employee in front acted bothered to get napkins and sweet tea when was requested . Use to love there food, not to sure I'll make the 15 min drive for it in the future.
Wow! Just read the few reviews and I guess I got lucky or they were unlucky. I'm from the WestCoast so we have Carls Jr..I was disappointed they didn't have waffle fries or the western bacon cheeseburger This was for a drive thru order..quick fast and friendly! Did hve to pull up for fresh fries Bun was amazing I feel like the burger can use some salt also with the fries. I would visit again

The cashier seemed to be challenged doing more than one thing at a time. The restaurant was unclean. The condiments were not stocked. The male bathroom was nasty, like it had not been cleaned for weeks. When we were at the counter we were told it would be 7 minutes before the cashier could wait on us.
